Presents

  • Present Simple
            -Used to explain routines, habits and repeated actions, with the verb to be.
                 
                      -Positive --> I do
                            -I/you/we/they --> verb infinitive
                            -he/she/it --> plays
               
                      -Negative --> I don't do.
                            -I/you/we/they --> Don't
                            -he/she/it --> doesn't

                      -Question --> Does he work.
                            -Do with I/you/we/they

                              Ex: Do you come?
                 1. Ella no ve als dissabtes.

                         She doesn't come on Saturdays

                 2. Cada dijous estudiem mates junts.

                         Every thursday we study maths together.

                 3. Neda cada dia?

                        Does he swim every day?

                4. No vaig mai al cine entre semana.

                       I never go to the cinema during the week.

                5. Amb quina frequencia et rentes les dents? 2 cops al dia.

                       How often do you brush your teeths?twice a day

  • Present Continous
                -We use Present Continous to speak about things that are happening at the                     moment, with the finish of a verb using -ing.

                         -Positive--->

                             -he/she/it is
                             

                        -Negative---> 
                            -I'm not/she isn't

                       -Question--->
                            -Am I/is he
